According to webmaster: Shunzen Tachihara is Michizou Tachihara's hot and sexy big brother. Asagiri calls him good guy Fyodor and I call him my man.

Shunzen[4] Tachihara (立原 春蝉, Tachihara Shunzen?) was the older brother of Michizō Tachihara. He was an ability user soldier with the rank of private first class during the Great War.
He had short dark brown spiky hair. During battles, he wore the typical military uniform consisting of military clothing, a hat, and boots. He also wore a dog tag. He had two white bandages on his face: one on the left side of his forehead and the other one on his lower left chin.
He is voiced by Yusuke Kobayashi (JP) and Kieran regan (EN)
Yusuke Kobayashi also voiced Subaru and Senku from Dr.Stone.
